Downloaded the app while I was in the Applebees restaurant and it couldnt find a location in my area. Also tried to enter my city and province. Still no luck.

2 things...First, I wish they had let me know in the beginning that you had to create an account initially instead of letting me get to the end to tell me I could check out as a guest. Secondly, my order said it would be ready at 8:00....9:05 and STILL sitting here!!!! Wont due this again!!!!

A lot of the stuff is in drop down customization, but an extra side of dressing is a request I must have heard a million times as a server. If they do not want to leave it too open ended with (a note section) EXTRA DRESSING SHOULD BE A drop down SELECTION.

I liked the convenience of this app but they need to add a section where I can ask for extra or something on the side and put notes in for my order the customizable options were not user friendly.

Maybe just my local Aaplebees, but car side to go NEVER works. End up going inside, food never ready, takes FOREVER!!! Dont waste your time, just go inside & order at the bar. Takes 50% less time.

I like the app its very easy to use and a time saver. However it needs to give you more options for sides or the option to substitute onion rings for fries or chips. It also needs like a comment box so we can either add extra or leave out something. Its a great app just needs a couple up dates

The ease of ordering with this app was great however the app advertised five dollars off with a $25 purchase. I made a $27 purchase and the app would not take the coupon.

If you want to order anything with any special instructions (i.e. no tomato) then dont use this app. There is nowhere to put it when placing an order. It seems like there should at very least be something in the checkout where you can put a note.

Advertised $5.00 coupon code that did not work after 3 attempts. Unable to order 1/2 size salad.

Easy to use but I need more options. If I need to add something to customize my meal theres no option to leave a note or to add something extra.

The app is very easy to navigate and everything is clear it just needs a comment box for any necessary adjustments.

Ive tried to order twice on this app and it never lets me place the order. Cant ever find my cart. What happened to the old Applebees app? That worked fine!!

After getting a coupon to use the app and get $5.00 of my first order. I loaded the app added all my info. Placed my first order. The coupon was not accepted. I waited at the curbside spot and the app showed my order was complete and I gave a description of my car. No on came out. I went inside. Went to the bar area. The servers were waiting so I went to the front door and the host stand. The 3 employees hanging out there one of them walked away. The other 2 told me to go back to the bar. I mentioned he was busy but got no response. Went back to the bar. Waited some more while he made some drinks for other customers. And other waited staff walked past me. One did ask if I needed help. I told him the bartender was helping me but he was busy. So he said he would see what he could do. Then someone else asked and I said 2 people already werent helping me. The 2 nd waiter came out with food told me the bartender would ring it up. I explained again I paid on line and repeated for the 3!rd time the coupon did not work. He looked at it and said he would find one not expired. I showed it to him and explained that it did not expire. It was for a first order on the app. He then said he would find a manager. I think the manager was around during one of the conversations but did not offer to help. All the while my food is getting cold. So I took it. Paid full price and sorry to say did not leave a tip. Cant imagine who it would go to anyway. Wont do that again. By the way after I heated up the food at home it was okay. But definitely not worth that much trouble. This store is not ready for curbside to go.

I made my order and put in all my card info the app informed me I was required to make an account. That is all well and good except I have to back out of EVERY screen to return to the home page. I set up an account and then I had to remake my entire order. This is a poorly laid out app and is not user friendly. I promptly deleted the app.

I asked for sour cream on my bake potato and it didnt come with it and steak was cold. Also no silverware it was curbside!

Website says if you get the app and place your first order you will get $5 off any order over $25. Downloaded app and used it for first time. Tried to apply coupon code. It took the code and took $5 off order. However when we hit submit it said coupon cannot be used with guest orders. Not sure what that meant. Never used the app before and will never use it again.

...but you do have to get the hang of it. Once you get it, its great.

So convenient and user friendly....

Just placed my first order with the app. Went great. Love the scan your card feature. Only advice might be on the build your own sampler, I selected my 3 items and didnt realize I was in the "first item" section so just ended up deleting items I wanted. Might be an opportunity for a UI improvement within those screens.

Cant update how you want your food or add things like dressings.
