I love this app!! So convenient!

I tried to use the app to order food easily for pickup and use the coupon code I saw for first time users of the app. I was just ordering a burger for my husband and wings for myself, and with the coupon I would have gotten $5 off of a $25 purchase, so to get our cart above the minimum, I was going to get a drink and a milk shake. After entering the coupon, I kept getting an error message saying that it couldnt be used on my order. I was so frustrated that I decided I would just not use the coupon and get our food and be done with it, but then it wouldnt let me delete the coupon. I was so frustrated, I said forget it and deleted the app from my phone.

The only thing missing is being able to select mayo for your burger, or ranch for your fries. I either call right after placing my order, or request it when I arrive.

If you like everything exactly how it is on the menu, this is the app for you. If you have allergies or any other needs/preferences in the way your food is prepared when ordering food then you might as well call the restaurant. There is no comment section for orders made on the app, should be rating 1/5 but Ill give it validity to those that love Applebees menu just the way it is.

Great app and easy to use

There are quite a few things wrong with this app. Unlike similar restaurant apps, there are far less (in some circumstances no) ways to customize the items ordered. All coupon codes Ive attempted to use for either accepted and then declined at check-out or not accepted at all. And then it wouldnt let me delete the coupon that didnt work!! Errors at every turn. The frustration is definitely not worth using the app.

I downloaded this app and tried to use it to get the menu for the local store which is a training center. The app told me there was no such place at our location. Thus the app is totally useless as it has to have a location. Location is bloomington , Illinois.

I have had a better experience at the DMV, jury duty and the Er.. I wanted to quit but I had to feed my family.. next time I will go hunting...

Glad Applebees finally made it to the app age. The only thing it is missing is Apple Pay.

I tried the Applebees app on my iPhone today. Everything seemed to work well. Order was accepted and was in progress. Went to Applebees to pick up order and waited, and waited. Finally called the order number. No order was ever received. Not only that I did not receive the 5.00 discount for ordering on the app. Dont know who dropped the ball but it did not work! Will not use again and would recommend no one else until they get the bugs out. -5 stars!!!!

This app does not let you order. Which then defeats the purpose. Waste of time.

Cant use it to order. Better off just going to the site. What is the point of making an app that cant even do what the website does. The developers of this app should be ashamed of themselves. And Applebees should be embarrassed they ever released this garbage to the public.

Shouldnt an update be an upgrade? This app is pointless its not an online ordering app, but simply just a menu. That is it. Dont push out an update that isnt an upgrade.

This is an awful app. You cant order through the app. Its just a menu, basically.

Ordering from the app could not have been any easier. Downloaded the app, signed in, picked my items and the order was placed. To all the technology inept reviewers try creating an account first and then logging into the app to start your order. Also it states not all locations have car side to go ordering. Try learning the app before writing a scathing review. Applebees is a well established and respected chain and would not put out a useless app!

Great staff! Great service! One of my favorite places to visit! Great job! And the app is great! , I can look at the menu, order, pay and it saves my previous orders in case I wanted to order it again. It can not be easier than this. Excellent!!

Would not let me sign in and would not let me order off of app.

Would be nice for an app to ACTUALLY have a purpose. Why spend money to develope an app that doesnt DO! ANYTHING except have pics!!!
