My friends and I go out to eat all the time including to Applebees but what I think they lack is a rewards program most places we go to now a days has some type of incentive to keep coming back but Applebees has nothing

There is no way to adjust your order if you are allergic to something , cant eat it or dont like it , other than that the app is easy to use but could use a rewards program

I was happy about the app...until it wont let me pay with a card...very inconvenient.

Worked great for me, only problem I had was not being able to add sides like BBQ sauce and things like that.

That was the worst food Ive ordered in a long time 6oz sirloin tough and cold Garlic green beans awful Baked potatoes was the only thing edible Husband had Quesadilla burger was cold $28.00 dollars first treat in weeks so disappointed

Do you enjoy sitting around for 45 minutes trying to order one side of fries from the app? Then youll love this POS

Tonight, I ordered a full slab of Baby Backs with a side of bacon/cheese potatos and green beans. When I got home I discovered they gave me Brocoli instead of the green beans. It was still good, but Mistakes like this may keep me from ordering again.

Love this app! So easy to use!

Just loaded the app. Its a good start and with a few minor tweeks it can be a great app. My biggest comment/complaint is there is nowhere (at least I could not find) to leave a comment. My wife hates the dressing on her salad. I would love to have asked for dressing on the side but alas... Im sure others have the same issue with wanting to leave a comment.

Easy to navigate and very easy yo order and understand everything!!

Nice app, but there needs to be the option to add or remove extras. Like no onion or tomato. Or allergic to avocado. There should be a notes section for the cashier to reference. Thank you.

I, personally, have not been inside, therefore my review is strictly car side to go. I have ordered several times, for car side, and every single time the meals are on time, I never have to wait. The lady or gentleman who brings order out is very courteous and friendly. Their appearance is clean and well kept. I will continue to visit and have passed along recommendations to visit. Great customer service and food is excellent.

Quick and easy to use.

We recently ate at the Applebees near the outlets in Rehobeth, the table top was so dirty you could scrape the dirt off with your fingernail. I have photos but Im not sure how to attach them to this review. Please have someone do more than wipe the table with a dirty cloth, they need serious cleaning.

Positives: Easy to understand and quick/convenient for families on the go. Negatives: Drinks are only lemonade or raspberry tea. :(. Kids drinks should not be considered an ice-cream shake! How about milk, juice or water. No ability to customize order (adds, removes). Missing new items (like garlic green beans). No ability to say, just 1 side please.

Great app. Easy to use.

Used curbside takeout for the first time. There was a coupon for $5 off your order of $25 or more. Online order would not accept the coupon (5off25). Our order wasnt ready. When I asked about using the coupon at the restaurant, that added another 5 minutes to the wait. So food was cold!!

Quick and easy! Saves time!

I tried this app because of the $5 discount. This is a decent app overall, but there needs to be a way to write in preferences for menu items along with the overall order. Until that small feature is added, it wont be worth using the app to order as opposed to calling the restaurant. Also, many items are missing, such as drink options like lemonade and root beer!

Always a great way to get a great meal!!
