App was easy to use! Only complaint is that I wanted to add a note or something to the order to add extra of something and couldnt.

I really dont like cheddar cheese and mashed potatoes. I didnt get a chance to tell them that. It also defaulted to pick up inside and I would have rather had them bring it to the car but I didnt see that option. Panera has mastered the online ordering and app space. Check them out

Great app easy to use

The app works smoothly, and I had able to place our order without any issues. Order entry is quite simple, and you can even view the descriptions of the items youre ordering. I highly recommend this app.

The layout of this app looks nice but it closes everytime I click on a menu item. Unusable!

My family loves going in to Applebees but we usually dont have time to sit for a full meal. I like being able to see all my options for each item unlike calling it in. The app shows you which locations have curbside which helps so I can avoid getting the kids out of the car!! I will be using this again for the lunch deals that dont mean I have to give up an hour or two of a busy day. Thanks Applebees!!

Set up a new account with no hassle.ordering was really easy with no problems

It works just fine if you want exactly what is offered on the menu. I cant ask to leave anything off or have any extra this or that. In the end, I still have to call in my order because there is always that one thing the app wont let me have (or leave off) my order. Surely one day we will order something that doesnt require any "special" attention.

iPhone5s user; 1) there is at least 1 salad I wanted to order and couldnt thru the app; 2) there could be at least 1 more item offered to remove from a house salad. Otherwise, pretty smooth ordering!

Unable to change to car side to go... Or add a side of ranch no option.

The new app is easy to use and makes ordering simple. Im just not sure why the created a new app instead of updating the old one.

I understand not adding a substitution box because itll get too complicated for your staff, but at least add an option to add bacon to a burger. Come on.

Crashes every time you start an order, no support, waste of time

I tried to place orders at 1pm for ribs and steaks. The app told me that I couldnt do it until after 4pm even though if I go to the restaurant at 1pm I can order these items. I found out by calling Applebees that baked potatoes cannot be ordered before 4pm. The app didnt tell me that. It just briefly (too briefly) flashed my complete order and said it couldnt be done until after 4pm without an explanation why. Also, a baked potato cannot be ordered with butter only. Details! However I can order in the restaurant I should be able to do with this app.

I dont personally know what it take to make an ordering app but with the huge number of them I dont think it should be too hard. With that said this needs a lot of work. 1) there is no way to say you want more or less of something that is listed on an item(for example: I want a wrap that normally comes with cheese to hold the cheese I cannot put that or I want extra wontons on my salad) 2) (this is specific to the chicken tender basket and platter) If you list an item comes with fries then why is it I am forced to choose a side of which you do not have fries listed! 3) I should be able to make comments on my order overall(for example: I want my fries on all my orders well done) Like I said I dont know how hard it is as I havent tried to create one but I dont think these thinks are unreasonable.
