Too General

I tried to place orders at 1pm for ribs and steaks. The app told me that I couldnt do it until after 4pm even though if I go to the restaurant at 1pm I can order these items. I found out by calling Applebees that baked potatoes cannot be ordered before 4pm. The app didnt tell me that. It just briefly (too briefly) flashed my complete order and said it couldnt be done until after 4pm without an explanation why. Also, a baked potato cannot be ordered with butter only. Details! However I can order in the restaurant I should be able to do with this app.
